Rain and Refund Policy

FIRST PAID FIRST IN

Because this event is a sell out each year, teams are not confirmed until they are paid. Paid entries are non-refundable. If a team cancels and the spot can be filled by a paid team on the wait list, entry will be refunded. However if a team can not fill the cancelled spot, no refunds will be issued.

RAIN

Due to the nature and pre-planning required for an event like this, in the case of a rain out here is what teams can expect.

- The event is going to make every attempt possible to still host the games, however due to the grass conditions, games may be moved to alternate locations and sites. What that may mean is adjusted time and schedules. If the city of Pasadena feels the conditions are unsafe, they will unfortunately cancel the event.

Conduct and Failure to complete games

Due to the format, teams are scheduled prior to the event, and are un-able to make any changes day of. After schedules are released, If your team fails to attend the event for any reason, or if you team decides to leave the event early for any reason, your team will be placed on probation and not invited back to the event in the future.

Please remind your player, parents, and coaches, this is a POSITIVE event. Poor sportsmanship from players, parents, or coaches will result in a team not being invited back to the event so please keep the spirit of the sport in mind on the sidelines and on the field.
